Children 0 to 9 years:
Give 1 dropper (0.75 mL) 1 to 3 times daily and space out doses with improvement.
In acute phase only:
Give 1 dropper (0.75 mL) at the onset of symptoms. Repeat two more times at 15-minute intervals. Repeat up to 9 times daily if symptoms recur. Or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Take between meals.
