Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.
Initiating a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, log into your Mawsooq account and navigate to the "My Orders" section.
Select the order containing the item you wish to return or refund, and follow the provided instructions to initiate the process.
Be sure to provide detailed information about the reason for the return or refund to expedite the process.
Package and Shipping
When returning an item, please package it securely to prevent any damage during transit. If possible, use the original packaging provided with your order.
Upon initiating the return process, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to attach to your package. This label ensures that your return is tracked and reaches us safely.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Assuming everything checks out, we will proceed with processing your refund. Refunds are typically issued using the original payment method.
